Declaration by Parents/Guardian

I solemnly declare that I have read and agree to the rules and regulations.

1. All above written entries are correct and true to the best of my knowledge.

2. My ward will be abide by the rules and regulations of the school.

3. In case of rule violation/misconduct/ damage to school property/long absence or any indisciplinary action by my ward, I will have no objection if school management takes strict action against my ward.

4. If my ward leaves the school campus/Hostel/bus without permission of authorized person, Institute will not be responsible for any further consequence.

5. I have gone through all the rules and regulations of Sainik School Jaipur and promise not to deviate any rule.
